It is important <br />that the city review the trends with respect to population and <br />household size during the first two or three years following <br />adoption of this plan to determine whether the rate of growth is <br />significantly differen~ than projected herein or in the preliminary <br />allocations prepared by the Metropolitan Council. A change in this <br />trend would simply delay the process of extending urban services; <br />it would not change the basic land use areas designated. .Amend- <br />ments have been made to the 1990 urban area deleting some high <br />density residential area projected in the original report, partly <br />in recognition of the slowing trend which appears to be occurring. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />- 27 - <br /> <br /> <br />
