I <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />approved in the previous actions on adjacent parcels. <br /> <br /> 3) The existing overall plan may be refined to further <br /> <br />suit the needs of the individual site design, overall circulation <br />patterns and more efficient use of the remaining lands. <br /> <br /> 4) The developer of any parcel would be requested to provide <br />potential design configuration of all undeveloped land adjacent to his <br />parcel, with consideration given to exterior traffic, road <br />thoroughfare, and general public safety. <br /> <br /> 5) The owner or developer of a parcel of land who wishes to <br />subdivide or otherwise build, must submit a plan to the city zoning <br />officer for review and action by'the City Council.
