Development of Interim Controls That the member municipalities as soon as practical prepare and ~ ~ ~c:o pt appropriate interim controls in or,er to manage to the extent necessary local development while a local planning program is in process. That t~e interim controls include provisions for the regulation of development in nonscwered areas, particularly those areas not anticipated to receive sewer service £or the next 15 7ears.
