Section 7 CAB STUDY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION After careful analysis of development forecasts for the CAB service area and deliberation of the principal issues pertaining to population, employment forecasts, timing and staging of the GAB facility, alignment and capacities, the committee has agreed as part of the Phase Ill activity on a set of recommendations once reviewed and concurred with by the member municipalities, will be forwarded to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission and Metropolitan Council for consider'erich and inclusion in the 1977 Metropolitan YVaste Control Commission development program. That in the Step II phase of preparing detailed design and specifications, careful consideration be given in selecting a configuration that will minimize where practical the impact on the local collection system,
