13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />To develop a park and recreation system for all age groups. <br /> <br />Since Ramsey is part of the metro area, its residents are not <br />confined to the corporate limits of the city; and likewise it <br />can be assumed that some local facilities will be used by non- <br />residents. <br /> <br />To a practical extent, the Planning and Zoning Commission should <br />adhere to the policies of land acquisition, parks and open spaces <br />and trailways (greenbelts, waterways, bike trails, hiking trails, <br />ski trails, snowmobile trails, walkways, etc.) as developed by <br />the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />All parks and recreation areas should be well laid out with <br />boundary marker/buffers and be made easily identifiable. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br /> <br />
