Wherein a deposit is
required, the amount of the deposit shall be specified in the
Special Provisions of the Permit. As part of the permit application, a layout
of the property and proposed driveway[s) shall be submitted to
the County Highway Engineer. The district and street definitions
i{~ed shall'~e used by the County Highway Engineer to classify the
district, streets, or roads, and they shall pertain to the existing
environmental conditions of the property site under consideration
on the date of application for the permit to construct or alter a
driveway. In urban districts where present traffic counts indicate
a collector street, with near future traffic volumes equaling those
on an arterial street, the arterial street classification shall be
used by the County Highway Engineer.

Driveway Width Dimensions. The recommended, minimum, or maximum
driveway dimension~ foe the property site along a highway are set
forth in Table 6.
