1945647 <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #04-06-140 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Fred and Rose Kalk ("Permittees") have properly applied for a Variance <br />from minimum lot width requirements in order to construct a principal dwelling on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The east half of the west 240 feet of the east 415 feet of the south half of the south half of <br />the north three quarters of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 22, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />CSubject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 3, 2004, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0677, a variance from minimum lot width requirements is hereby <br />granted in order to allow the applicant the opportunity to build a new principal dwelling on <br />the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. The Subject Property will be 80 feet deficient of the 200-foot lot width requirement <br /> established in City Code. <br /> <br />3. The Subject Property is eligible for a building permit for one dwelling unit and related <br /> accessory structures in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />Soil borings will be required for the Subject Property before the City will issue a building <br />permit, to ensure suitable soils exist to support the principal dwelling as well as a primary <br />and secondary septic system. <br /> <br />This variance shall automatically expire if it is not initiated by June l, 2005, and application <br />tbr a building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for an extension <br />of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and <br />filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />6. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
