The Permittee shall make a reasonable effort to locate the residential structure and any <br />accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property so as not to interfere with the <br />orderly resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting <br />this Permit acknowledges that not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject <br />property to be subdivided in the future. <br /> <br />The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall run with the land <br />and shall bind the property owner and his/her successor and assigns. <br /> <br />9.
