The Permittee shall make a reasonable effort to locate the residential structure and any <br />accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property so as not to interfere with the <br />orderly resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting <br />this Permit acknowledges that not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject <br />property to be subdivided in the future. <br /> <br />The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall run with the land <br />and shall bind the property owner and his/her successor and assigns. <br /> <br />9. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />Board Member Johnson <br />Board Member Jeffrey <br />Board Member Shepherd <br />Board Member Van Scoy <br />Board Member Watson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the lbilowing were absent: <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 3''d day of June, 2004. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06-140 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
