This would make the overall length of the street approximately <br />900 feet. Present city ordinances li~it cul-de-sacs to a maximum length of 600 <br />feet. ttowever, in reviewing the s~rrounding street patterns in the area, this <br />cul-de-sac could be eliminated by connecting Magnesium Steer to 142nd Avenue at <br />the ti~ the Hoffman property-is developed. <br /> <br />Prior to acceptance of the street by the city we would recommend that the street be <br />upgraded or the property owners· provide a performance bond and enter into a perfo~ance - <br />contract with the city to guarantee the completion of the improvements. <br /> <br />Upon completion of the work the property owners should furnish a maintenance bond for <br />a period of one year to insure that the road is upgraded satisfactorily.
