In those instances where a subdivision abuts or contains an existing or planned thoroughfare or a railroad right-of-way, the planning cormnissJon may require a service street approximately parallel to and on each side of such r~ght-of-way. 9. Easements at least ten (10) feet wide on front lines and twenty (20) feet wide centered on rear or side lot lines shall be pro- vJded for utilities where necessary. Utility easements shall bare continuity of alignment from block to block and lot to lot. Easements may be required along lot lines to right-of-ways so as to provide for street l~ghting. 2. I~ere a subdivision is traversed by a water course, drain- age way or stream, a drainage easement conforming substantially with the lines of such water course shall be provided, together with such further width or construction, or both, as shall be adequate for storm water drainage of the ares. 170.038E LOTS 1. The minimum lot area and dimension shall be as specified in the respective zoning districts of Ramsey, as prescribed by the city's zoning code.
