CASE 5: LAND USEAGE; CASE OF MR. GARNETT L. PETTERSON (Location 15665 <br /> <br />RAMSEY BLVD. N.W. <br /> <br />Please refer to enclosur= 2, ~. Fettersens letter, which is <br />part of this memo. Mr. Petterson has basically outlined his <br />questions that he has for the Planning Commission. He is ex- <br />tremely concerned about parcel #2500 which contains five acres <br />of land being a buildable lot. Inasmuch as'there is only a <br />20 foot easement serving that would allow for ingress and egress <br />out onto Ramsey Blvd. <br /> <br />Secondly he is concerned about parcel #3060 which consisted of <br />approximately 6% acres but due to triangularization created <br />by Ramsey Blvd. approximately one (1) acre of land is located <br />on the opposite side of the road. He now wants to know if <br />this one acre of land can be used as a buildable lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
