Former use was Group t occupancy. <br /> <br />Fihst floor being used as Sunday School Classrooms - Occupant Ioad 45 - Lower <br />level used as Church Sanctuary, Occupant load 66. Balance of lower area is an <br />entry foyer and furnace-storage room. <br /> <br />Exit analysis: <br /> <br />Lower Level <br /> <br />I-3/0 x 6/8 door to exterior <br />I-3/0 stair to 2/8 x 6/8 door to garage to 2/6 x 6/8 door to ex- <br />terior. <br /> <br />Upper Level <br /> <br />I-3/0 x 6/8 door to exterior <br />I-3/0 x 6/8 Patio Door (sliding) to exterior <br />I-2/8 x 6/8 door to garage to 2/6 x 6/~8 door to exterior <br /> <br />The following code deficiencies were noted <br /> <br /> I. Basement ceiling consisted of fiber tile or exposed joists and must be <br /> I hour fire resistive construction (UBC Sec. 1703). This can be accomplished <br /> as per Table 53-C Item 27. <br />2. One hour fire resistive separation required from central'hea~ing plant room <br /> and rest of building (including storage areas). Openings to room must be <br /> I hour labeled assemblies. Provide combustion air from exterior of building <br /> for furnace. (UBC Sec. 708 and SBC Sec. 7722) <br />3.
