4. Minimum exit door opening size 3/0 x 6/8 - Exit door opening from Assembly area, Exit doors to garage and from garage undersize. (UBC Sec. 3303(d)). 5. Doors must swing in dlrection of exit travel. (UBS Sec. 3303(b)). 6. Exits may not pass through kitchens or garages. (UBS Sec. 3302(e)). 7. Exit Corridors must be I hour fire resistive. (UBC Sec.3304(g))~with open- ings protected for a 20 minute time period (UBS Sec. 3304(h)). 8. Exit stair front door has irregular risers (sidwalk setting). Verify rise and run of stair In garage. (UBS Sec. 3305(c)). 9. Exit sign required. (UBS Sec. 3312). I0. Guard rail on exterior balcony must be 42" high, with max spacing of guard rail members so a 9" object cannot pass through. (UBS Sec.
