Mr. Art Dunn asked what cost the City would pick up on park land in the area. City Engineer Raatikka stated that park land is exempt from assessments. Mr. Steve ~oerland stated he had a petition .against the street improvement and that people were concerned with the speed: and children becoming hurt,~ afraid of sewer,, etc.. Ms. Janice Peterka asked if 150th' could be drOpped from~the petition. Ms. Dorothy Eberling stated that when the petition originally came around they were told it would be about $1,000.00 and now it is much higher~ Mayor Cox told .her we are trying to project into the future.
