A general discussion followed <br />in regards to the future possible proposed plan for the area around the <br />location of Dr. Anderson's clinic. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to grant <br />Dr. Anderson an Urban Development Permit on the City Engineer's recommend- <br />ations in his letter of November 13, 1978 and on Planning and ZoBing <br />recommendations of their special meeting of November 13, 1978. Also <br />that they have ingress and egress off 153rd and also on their proposed <br />possible future plan for the surrounding area that a street not ingress <br />and egress off 153rd. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Muller. Voting no Councilman Reimann and Mayor Cox.' <br /> <br />INCREASE OF. Voting no None. <br /> <br />AMENDING OFF-SALE LIQUOR ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to amend <br />the liquor ordinance to allow the off-sale liquor stores to operate from. <br />8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
