CIT~ OF RA~SEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Council held a <br />public hearing on November 13, 1978, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303~ <br /> <br />Mayor Cox called the public hearing to order at 7:30 P,M. and led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Councilman Gamec' <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Muller <br />Mayor Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle <br /> <br />Mayor Cox stated this.was a publichearing on the proposed uses on the <br />revenue sharing-:funds.;.. Mayor :.Coxcread~:theprppo~ed::usesr>,Theyi:~re~,:~ <br /> <br />1) 'Park Fund. -' <br /> <br />$35,~000-~00:~,: <br /> <br />This-is:to be used in Titterud-Park-- <br />Development <br /> <br />2) Road Grader 40,000.00 <br /> <br />This is to be used_to pay off grader <br />contract payable <br /> <br />3)-~Drainage.study--- <br /> <br /> 5,000700-~: <br />$80,000~,00~ <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle stated to the Council there would be a penalty in ~ <br />paying off the grader. The interest would amount .to more in the pay off <br />than continuing payments on the contract. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox called for comments from the citizens. There were no comments. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson,'Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller andMayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
