Page 3 <br />Noven~er 27, 1978 <br /> <br />Mr. Wayne Jorden asked what will be finished in the spring. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka eXplained the restoration to the sides and any <br />of the drives if they are three feet or less. <br /> <br />It was asked by Mr. Jorden why the City didn't go by front'footage basis <br />instead of the individual unit cost. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that everyone in an area benefits from the <br />streets. Mayor Cox also stated it was determined by full Council to go <br />per unit and not frontage. <br /> <br />Mr. Jorden asked then if everyone's payment is the same. <br /> <br />He was told that it was. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman'Mickelson to <br />adjourn this assessment hearing.. <br /> <br />Motion carried, ' Voting yes ~ Councilman Gamec ~: Councilman Mickelson ,.: -.coUncil <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox.-~ Voting:mo None.:~ <br /> <br />Assessment hearing adjourned at 8:34 <br /> <br /> <br />
