RAMSEY PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION Regular Meeting November 16, 1978 Member Present: Dennis Donovan, Mike Haller, Doris Irvine Discussion was held regarding quorum number for P & R and some procedural policies. We will discuss this further when we have a full commission present and some input from Lloyd Schnelle. Mike Haller made motion to approve September 27, 1978 minutes. Dennis Donovan seconded. Members present agreed this part of project should be done properly and the right base be laid now. Dennis Donovan was in touch with Mare Hadle.~ regarding supervision of the skating rinks at the elementa~ school. Members present recommended Marc Hadley do the supervision as he has done in the past. Doris Irvine is to prepare a short list of survey Questions for P & R. It was suggested the members migh~ go in a group and canvas the immediate area around Titterud Park. We would like to know what present uses and needs are. This will be discussed further at P & R meetings, Any public or official input on the development of Titterud Park will be. greatfully accepted. Doris Irvine is to contact Mr. Torkildson of the Anoka County Park Department about county plans and invite him to attend one of our meetings. Tom Gamec, Mayor-elect, visited our meeting, P & R appreciates the personal interest the council has. shown in the past few months and extends best wishes to the 1979 council members in their respective positions.
