Page 2 <br />January 10, 1979 <br />Economic Study <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg asked why a permanent right turn lane could not be used <br />to solve some of these problems. They stated this has not proven to <br />be successful as safety factors where they have used them in other <br />areas of the State. <br /> <br />It was also brought to the Minnesota Transportation Department officials <br />that there was a Problem of a right off from State Highway #10 at the <br />intersection of County Road #83. They stated they would check this <br />out. <br /> <br />'Fne Highway officials did state that the intersection with State Highway <br />#10 and Feldspar Street cross over would remain and probably be signal- <br />alized in the future. <br /> <br /> Summary - ~he Commission and Highway officials agreed the City should <br /> get the proposed service roads for Highway #10 in their transportation <br /> plan. <br /> <br />/~/~//~ing Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
