Do~ Gree~ber~- Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg was present with the sketch plan for the inSustrial park <br />(Gatev.'ay ~orth), and a reauest to be allowed to have class 5 roads until <br />sewer and water available. Mr. Greenberg was informed that the Council <br />~as detorr~ined the t~metable on paved roads for the plat ~amsey 67. Mr. <br />Greenberg e>:plsined that Mate Punch & Die and Be Be~ Inc.-had already <br />asked to ~urch.nse adjacent lot and outlot, and that a party wanted to <br />be able to build on Lot ~ B].k 2 before t~nter. (Uniform Manufacturing <br />business ~rese~t!y being conducted in home in ~amsey). Mr. Gr.eenberg <br />will try to ~:ave necessary information for Public Hesrin6 in September~ <br />a~d there wa~ ~iscussion of having final ~re~ared at same time for'bre- <br />se~tation to Council at same meeting. Mr. Greenberg was informed that <br />he would probably have to construct roads before any permits would be <br />allowed. Misc. <br /> <br />Jfathy Schneider asked A! Sorteberg if he hsd read the minutes from P & R <br />and if he was in agreement with their decision regarding Park dedication. <br />Art Dunn stated that he felt they did not fully understand the problem as <br />i~ ~erteins to Ramsey.
