Based on the Soils Chapter of the <br />City Code only Nymore Sand is considered a Class I Land suitable for on-site <br />sewage disposal systems. Therefore, the buildability of Lots 6-10 is question~ <br />able. <br /> <br />8. Presently sanitary sewer is not available to the area. However, the City's <br /> Urban Planning District Study Report recommends development to urban densities <br /> and escrow deposits for future construction of sewer laterals° <br /> <br />9.
