Voting no: None. <br /> <br />AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER FOR GROSSLEIN BUILDING <br /> <br />T~is item was deleted for the Agenda. <br /> <br />GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAN'PLAT.2 <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka presented the Council with a letter commenting on the engineering <br />review of Gateway North Industrial Park Plan Plat 2. <br /> <br />REPORT ON CITY REVENUE FUND <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle reported on the status of the City's State Aid fund <br />and noted that there is a deficit in funds dating back to 1976-77. He is <br />researching the records to find out what caused the deficit. <br /> <br />PROPOSED PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WESTBY'FIRST'ADDITION <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve the <br />preliminary plat of Westby First Addition with the recommendations of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, engineering report and other aspects of the <br />City ordinancee being met. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO THE STATE LEGISLATURE ON SUBDIVISION CONTROL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox seconded by Mayor Gamec to adopt Resolution No. 79-18 <br />urging the State of Minnesota Legislature to pass on amendments to the Muni- <br />cipal Planning Act. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Cauncilman Cox, Councilman Reimann <br />and Councilman Sorteberg.
