Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann, <br />CoUncilman Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Klemish asked for a definite consensus from the Council on how he is <br />to proceed with his plat. <br /> <br />Council consensus is that Mr. Klemish is to meet the 2-½ acre density including <br />roads and easements creating approximately 13 'lots and dedication of parkland <br />along Trott Brook in accordancelWith the City Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox to adjourn themeet!ng. <br /> <br />Motion died for lack of second. <br /> <br />Councilman Sortebe?g raised a question regardi.ng the resubdivision requirement <br />of the'@latting ordinance requiring future roadways and questioned how this <br />would be'h~nd]ed~ ' <br /> <br />Discussion was held concerning hoW to handle the obtaining of future roadways <br />in accordance with the future .~esUbdivision of plats. <br /> <br /> Consensus of the'Council is that there is no 1.egal way to take the future <br /> roadways at this time and that they will have to be obtained when the future <br /> resubdivision occurs. The building official will have to take the roadways <br /> into consideration when issui.ng building permits on these'plats to allow for <br /> future roads.' <br /> <br />~'ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann seconded by Councilman Cox to adjourn the meeti'ng. <br /> <br />Motion carried, voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann <br />and Councilman Sorteberg.
