All of the lots meet the require- <br />ments of the City Code. <br /> <br />2. As previously mentioned drainage from the plat will be directed <br /> to Trott Brook. <br /> <br />The proposed plat is traversed by both a gas line easement and <br />a power line easement. Prior to final plat approval the <br />developer should obtain the approval from the utility companies <br />to cross the easements with the proposed streets. Also in <br />discussing the construction of on-site sewage disposal systems <br />with the utility companies, the gas company stated they did <br />not allow on-site sewage disposal systems on their easement <br />and the power company stated they would allow such construction <br />on their easements provided they were made aware of the loca- <br />tions. <br /> <br />In review of the proposed street alignment, future access to the <br />abutting properties both to the east and west is provided. <br />However, the proposed street alignment consists of two temporary <br /> <br />keith caswell jr. ti darrell schneider ~1 richard sha <br /> <br /> <br />
