City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City has completed negotiations with Huntington Family <br />Properties, LLC, and now needs to deed the property to them to complete the transaction. On June <br />22, 2004, the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. That ordinance is 'now <br />being presented tbr formal adoption.
