22 <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant is proposing to construct a 5,500 square foot pole building (50' x 110'), <br /> which would result in an ove. rage of 5,546 square feet of accessory building space. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicant has stated that the pole building would be used for agricultural purposes <br /> only, to store machinery, grain, and hay and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed building would exceed all applicable setback requirements for the Subject <br /> Property. <br /> <br />12. That the exterior finish of the building would consist of metal panels that are color <br /> compatible witJ~ the home. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed structure will not exceed twenty-two (22) feet in height as measured at the <br /> mean gable roof height. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That the construction of the detached accessory building will need to comply with all <br />applicable International Building Codes but will not require a, building permit, as agricultural <br />buildings are exempt from the building permit and inspection requirements. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working [n the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or fi. tture <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />19. That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such <br /> as highways and streets. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will/will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of <br />the conm~unity. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke f~mes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-09- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
