22. That the Applicant has stated that proposed accessory structure would be utilized for storage <br /> of personal property. -. <br /> <br />23. That in accordance with City Code, the proposed addition would be constructed of materials <br /> similar to that of the home. " <br /> <br />24. That the proposed addition would not exceed the maximum height restriction of sixteen (16) <br /> feet measured at the mean gable roof height. <br /> <br />25. That the variance requested is the minimum which would alleviate the hardship in regard to <br /> placing an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure. <br /> <br />26. That it:' granted, the variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br /> adjacent property. <br /> <br />27. That if granted, the variance will/will not have the effect of allowing a use that is prohibited <br /> in the applicable zoning district. <br /> <br />28. That if' granted, the variance will/will not impair established property values within the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />29. That i~' granted, the variance will/will not unreas6nably increase the congestion in the public <br /> street. <br /> <br />30. That if granted, the variance will/will not increase the danger of fire or endanger the public <br /> safety. <br /> <br />31. That il-' granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />32.
