CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Thc Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br />Robert Brown, Dave Martini and Jori Peterson of Bolten and <br />Menk, Inc. <br />Jo Ann Olsen, Paul Lutey and Bill Fossing of LSA Design <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Presentation on the Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer and Water Plans <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson indicated there are separate cases on the agenda tonight <br />for the approval of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan and approval of the Comprehensive Water <br />Supply Plan. Staff would like comments from the Council, and if there is general consensus, <br />would like to move to adopt these plans. The draft of the Sanitary Sewer Plan has been sent to <br />the Met Council with a letter that the City is currently under the review process and any changes <br />will be forwarded to the Met Council. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session/July 27, 2004 <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
