Note Mr. Hedstrom has indicated <br />eight parking spaces by the Highway in front of buildings #1 and #2, due <br />to only a 27' setback this parking should be eliminated and this should <br />be a green area. <br /> <br />Regarding parking for storage building which is to'be used as a garage <br />(.See plan - Page 4 ) it is recommended bY staff that anyplace Where he has <br />a garage door opening that parking be eliminated in front of that area. <br /> <br />Plans do not indicate bituminous area for parki.ng and the driveway between <br />building #1 and #2 should be blacktopped. <br /> <br />Regarding drainage - the new storm sewer installatlonwill take care of <br />drainage. However, on the plans, Hedstrom shows a drain in the parking <br />lot in front of building #3 going into the building. <br /> <br />The septic system should delineate at least 500 square feet as well as an <br />additional area for system expansion if needed. This area should also <br />be in the green area. <br /> <br />Further, he shows parking going into what is supposed to be a green area <br />on the south side of building #3 and adjacent existing building he should <br />eliminate those parking spaces. <br /> <br />Reference Board of Adjustment minutes of June 11, 1979 - Council discussed <br />the fence for screening the business from the residential area. They <br />recommend a six (6) foot fence with as much sound abating qualities as <br />possible (~this would be wood). <br /> <br />Building Design - Building #2 and #3 (abuts residential and special care <br />should be taken in the appearance of the exterior). <br /> <br />Mr. Hedstrom wants to build a metal pole building and Council has just <br />adopted a resolution whereby the developer has to provide a sketch of the <br />proposed building and design plau review if he desire~to build a metal <br />building, reference paragraph 170.O13K sub. 5 Building Design and Con- <br />struction will be applicable. <br /> <br /> <br />
