TO WHC~ IT MAY CONCERN: o, I am the present 'owner of the home on the property which is directly south of the proposed garsg~~ (storage) bui.l.ding to be built within 27 ft. of said ~roperty 3ine. I wt]] be unable to attend ali possible hearings of this matter since I will be out' 'of town thee last part of June and ear]~ part of July. Therfore, I submit the roi"owing ~or your consideration and ~nformstion: Assuming that Hedstrom E~ectric is he.ld to the exact requirments of all app]icab.le state, county, and city bui_~ding codes, I can agree to said construction only if: a) A fence is installed a~ong the property lines between a].] residential property and the propossed construction. b) Said fence should be 6 ft. in height since a~l tress are wel~ estab.lished and have had the branches cut to that height so that the grass and · weeds are cut under them. c) Meta] mesh fencing should be used with metalinserts, iike that used on the metes fence that Gro~slein installed on Rivlyn Ave, since there have been pipes, machines, construction materiaWs,and other heavy equiunent parked on the south property line ever since I moved in in Oct. ]976. 2) ~ether a metal or wooden fence is instal~.ed, I agree to mainta~ the ar~ ~om my present property line to the location of the fence. I have been doing this ~ a depthofseve~l feet since 1~. 3) There is a slight disa~eement as ~ the e~ct location of the suut~est end of the property l~e ~ ~estion, but since ~. Sc~el!e tells me that any fence must be set~ck ~om the property line and a~l present trees but one lie on the ~o~rty ~ine ~rthest south ~ere should be no ~obl~ . 4) If the bulldog is approved but no fence, then I request that the bui3d~nE be reT~ated so that the ~ck is ~cing the south property line so t~t said ]~e does not continue as a storage area and wi~ not attract any chi~en to p3ay in the ~ot and stored ~ter~]s and equi~ent.
