Hubbard sand and Dickman sandy loam are Class I <br />soils suitable for on-site sewage disposal systems. However, <br />the area with the Becker sandy loam lies in the flood hazard <br />area and is not suitable for on-site sewage disposal systems. <br />Therefore, the buildability of 17'of the proposed lots is <br />questionable. <br /> <br />5.
