Such facility shall be at the rea~ of the principal <br /> <br />structure and shall be used exclusively for the laoding and unloading of <br /> <br />merchandise. Ail such facilities, ai~]es and maneuvering space shall be <br /> <br />surfaced ~in the same manner as that prescribed for parking areas. <br /> <br />STORAGE: <br /> <br />All supplies, equipment, and motor vehicles in excess of tow (2) or larger <br />than 9,000 pounds licensed gross weight shall be stored within a completely <br /> <br />enclosed building. <br /> <br />SCREENING: <br /> <br />All exposed ground areas of a permitted use which are not devoted to drives, <br /> <br />sidewalks, patios or similar uses shall be landscaped with g~ass, shrubs, <br /> <br />trees, or other o~namental landscape materials, which shall be kept neat, <br /> <br />clean and uncluttered. No landscaped area shall be used f~r the parking of <br /> <br />vehicles or the stomage om display of materials, supplies or memchan~ise. <br /> <br /> <br />
