Business/CommePcial oP IndustPial Dis~micts adjacent to p~operty zoned <br /> <br />developed for residential use (single family, multiple dwellings and mobile <br />home parks) shall be given special consideration in regards to screening <br /> <br /> control of <br /> <br />as far as/noise abatement, odoms~ smok~ and general shielding from the general <br /> <br />public view. <br /> <br />HEIGHT REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Height regulations are governed by'Section'170.015 I (6) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />FOR "Ut' DISTRI~, subpamag~aph VI. <br /> <br />VI. HEIGHT REGULATIONS '- <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height above average <br />ground level unless approved by the zoning officer. The'zoning-officer <br />may authorize a variance to'the height regulations in any district if: <br /> <br />All front, side, and rear yard depths of buildings <br />are increased one (1) foot for each additional foot <br />of height; or <br />The structure is any of the following: Television' <br />and radio towers, church spires, belfries, monuments, <br />tanks, water and fire towers, grain elevators, stage <br />towers and scenery lofts, cooling towers, ornamental <br />towers and spires, chimneys, elevator bulkheads, <br />smokestacks, conveyors, flagpoles, silos, and air <br />conditioning and heating units. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision of this section,'or any other requirement <br />of this chapter, no structure shall be allowed to exceed in height the <br />effective fire protection height capability of the fire protection <br />provided by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
