P.Mi <br />annoUncing'that the purpose of'this hearing is to eonsider'a request and <br />receive input regarding a variance on the construction'oran accessory <br />building by Mr. Earl McNiff at 17431 St. Francis Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303. The applicant proposes to Construct an accessory <br />building larger than 1200 square feet on'a parcel ofland approximately <br />10.65 acres. <br /> <br />Discussion held regarding the appearance of the outside facing of the building. <br /> <br />Motion by'ActingMayor Reimann and seconded-by Councilman Sortebe~g to <br />grant a variance to Earl McNiff for a building permit to'build an accessory <br />building 32' X 46', 1,472 square feet~ the_exteriorlcol0r~of'the building <br />shall be col0r'coded to match the house. The use .of this building will <br />b~ strictly for'his~own personal use and no Commercial enterprise is to <br />be conducted in the building. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
