Sales, Service and Repair <br /> Medical Clinics <br /> Auto Sales, Service <br /> Repair <br /> Supply Yards <br /> Animal Clinics <br /> Home and Trailer Sales and Displays <br /> <br />TYPE OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />Ail buildings in a Business/Commercial District shall be of type IV(N) as <br />provided in the Uniform Building Code incorporated by reference by the City <br />Code, January 1, 1978. Ail buildings constructed shall have frost footings. <br />BUILDING DESIGN <br /> <br /> 1. Ail exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: <br /> a. Face brick~ <br /> b. Natural stone; <br /> <br /> c. Specifically designed precast concrete units if surfaces have <br /> <br /> been integrally treated with an applied decorative material or <br /> texture~ <br /> <br /> d. Factory fabricated and finished metal framed panel construction <br /> if the panel material is to be any of those noted in paragraphs <br /> la, lb, and lc above~ <br /> <br /> e. Other material as may be approved by the City Council and <br /> Planning and Zoning. Combinations of such materials shall be <br /> permitted. <br /> <br /> 2, Ail subsequent additions and out-buildings constructed after the <br />erection of the original building or buildings shall be constructed of <br />materials comparable to those used in the original construction and shall <br />be designed in a manner conforming with the original architectural design <br />and general appearance. <br /> <br /> <br />
