OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> <br />Spaces required. The minimum number of off-street parking spaces required <br />on the building site for each of the following permitted uses shall be: <br /> <br /> General Retail Sales and Services, Financial Institutions: <br /> <br /> One space per 150 square feet of principal structure gross <br /> <br /> floor area. <br /> <br />Business and Professional Offices, except medical and dental: <br /> <br /> One space per 300 square feet of principal structure gross <br /> floor area. <br /> <br /> Medics/ and Dental Offices: <br /> <br /> Six spaces for each doctor or dentist maintaining professional <br /> offices in the principal structure. <br /> <br />Restaurants, Theaters and Taverns: <br /> <br /> Government Buildings: <br /> <br /> l0 spaces plus one space per 500 square feet of principal structure <br /> gross floor area. <br /> <br />Mortuaries: <br /> <br /> One space for each employee and one space for each three (3) <br /> seats in the Place of assembly. <br /> <br />Des~ign and construction <br /> <br /> Off-street parking areas shall be so designed that vehicles may be <br />parked in a convenient and orderly fashion. Parking areas shall be sur- <br />faced and maintained with a hard, all-weather, durable, dust-free sur- <br />facing material, shall be properly drained, and shall be maintained in a <br />sightly and well-kept condition.
