SCREENING: <br /> <br />For all Business, Comnercial/Industrial zoned property uses adjacent to <br />property zoned or developed for residential use, single family dwellings, <br />multiple family dwellings, and mobile home parks; special consideration <br />shall be given for screening, noise abatemen% odors, smoke and shielding <br />from general public. <br />HEIGHT REGULATIONS: <br /> <br />Height regulations are governed by Section 170.015 I (6) ADDITIONAL RE- <br />QUIRemENTS FOR "U" DISTRICTS, subparagraph VI. <br />VI. HEIGHT REGULATIONS <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height above average <br />ground level unless approved by the zoning officer. The zoning officer <br />may authorize a variance to the height regulations in any district if: <br /> <br /> a. All front, side, and rear yard depths of buildings are increased <br /> <br /> one (1) foot for each additional foot of height; or <br /> <br />b. The structure is any of the following: Television and radio <br /> towers, church spires, belfries, monuments, tanks, water and fire <br /> towers, grain elevators, stage towers and scenery lofts, cooling <br /> towers, ornamental towers and spires, chimneys, elevator bulk- <br /> heads, smokestacks, conveyors, flagpoles, silos, and air condi- <br /> tioning and heating units. <br /> Notwithstanding any provision of this section, or any other requirement of <br /> this chapter, no structure shall be allowed to exceed in height the effect- <br /> ive fire protection height capability of the fire protection provided by <br /> the City of R~msey. <br /> SIGNS: <br /> <br />Ail signs shall be regulated as provided by 170.O5 "SIGNS" of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> <br />
