ACCESSORY BUILDINGS <br /> <br />Set back requirements established for buildings in a Business/Commercial <br />District shall apply to accessory buildings. <br /> <br />Exteriors of accessory buildings shall have the same exterior finish as <br />the principal structure. <br /> <br />ELEVATORS <br /> <br />Ail buildings in a Business/Commercial District of more than two (2) <br />stories grade of the building shall be equipped with no less than one <br />public elevator. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USES <br /> <br />Conditional Uses are governed by 170.016 "Conditional Uses" of this chapter <br />of the City Code. <br /> <br />VARIANCE <br /> <br />Variances are governed by 170.018 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND VARIANCES of this <br />chapter of the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
