the building and surrounding areas. <br /> <br />SIGNS: <br /> <br /> Ail signs shall be regulated as provided by 170.05 "Signs" of this <br />chapter. <br /> <br />ACCESSORY BUILDINGS: <br /> <br /> Set back requirements established for buildings in an Industrial Dis- <br />trict shall apply to accessory buildings. <br /> <br /> Exteriors of accessory buildings shall have the same exterior finish <br />as the principal structure. <br />PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: <br /> <br /> Uses which because of the nature of their operation are accompanied by <br />an excess of noise, vibration, dust, dirt, smoke, odor, noxious gases, <br />glare or wastes shall not be permitted. These residual features shall be <br />deemed to be excessive when they exceed or deviate from the performance <br />standards set forth in the following specifications: <br /> <br /> 1. Noise: <br /> <br /> Noise shall be muffled so as not to become objectionable due to <br /> intermittence, beat frequency, shrillness or intensity. At the <br /> property line, the sound pressure level shall be measured with a <br /> sound level meter and on an associated octave ban analyzer, both <br /> of which are manufactured according to current specifications pre- <br /> scribed by the American Standards Association. Measurement shall <br /> be made using the flat network of the sound level meter. <br /> <br /> <br />
