Ail such <br />facilities including their related aisles and maneuvering space shall be sur- <br />faced in the same manner as that prescribed for parking areas. <br />LANDSCAPING/SCREENING: <br /> <br />OUTSIDE STORAGE: <br /> <br /> All outside storage areas shall be enclosed by a screen wall fence of <br />not less than 10 feet in height. Said screen wall fence shall be 100% <br />opaque and shall be so designed and constructured as to be architecturally <br />harmonious with the principal structure.
