ZONING AMENIB~NT <br /> <br />PURPOSE. ~nis ordinance may be amended only by an affirmative vote of <br />four-fifths (4/5) of the City Council. <br /> <br />INITIATION. Proceedings for amendment of this ordinance shall be initiated <br />by: (1) a petition of the owner or owners of the property, the zoning of <br />which is proposed to be changed; (2) a recommendation of the Planning Com- <br />mission; or (3) by action of the Council. <br /> <br />APPLICATION. All appliCations for amendments which are initiated by the <br />petition of the owners of property shall be filed in the office of the <br />Zoning Administrator and shall be accompanied by eleven (11) copies of a <br />set of plans and graphics containing the following information: <br /> <br />1. A generalized location map showing the location of the proposed site <br />in relation to the City. <br /> <br />2. A scaled plot plan with north indicated, of the proposed site showing <br /> <br />all site dimensions. <br /> <br />3. All types of proposed uses. <br /> <br />4. An abstractor's certificate showing the names and addresses of all <br />property owners within three hundred fifty (350) feet of the outer boundaries <br />of the property in question. <br /> <br /> <br />
