The proposed subdivision of lots and placement of on-site <br />sanitary systems is inconsistent with the prohibition of <br />such systems within the floodplain and the placement of <br />structures, in the floodplain. <br /> <br />Based on the inconsistencies mentioned above the EQB recommends the City <br />of Ramsey deny any requested approvals of the proposed subdivision and <br />rezonings. <br /> <br />Please notify the EQB of your final decision on this project as required by <br />the Interim Development Regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />
