I. PUBLIC HEARING 7:30 P.M. VERA MCGREGOR PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> <br />Mrs. McGregor, address 6845 West Highway 10, Anoka, MN 55303 is <br />seeking to divide her restaurant property from one parcel into three <br />lots. This property is zoned conmercial. The Commission reviewed <br />this sketch plan on April 2, 1979 and advised her that she would have <br />to appeal to the Board of Adjustment for variances on the lots because <br />they are deficient in size. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment heard::this appeal on April 23, 1979 and advised <br />Vera McGregor to plat this property. <br /> <br />She has paid the deposit fee. Engineer Raatikka has reviewed the <br />plat and his comments are enclosed, see I-a. Also, she should be <br />advised that she will be subject to a park dedication fee. <br /> <br />Copy of this plat is also enclosed in the packet. <br /> <br />II. ALBERT SWEN - ACCESS PROBLEM <br /> <br />Mr. Swen appeared before the Commission on July 2, 1979 with his access <br />problem. The Commission suggested some alternatives that Mr. Swen could <br />pursue. <br /> <br />He has decided to gain access to his landlocked parcel via Outlot G <br />of Countryside Estates, if the Commission will agree to this proposal. <br /> <br />Enclosure (II-a letter from Roger and Rose Jacobson) <br /> (II-b P & Z minutes 7/2/79) <br /> <br />III. MC CARTY KENNEL - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br /> <br />Jack and Helen McCarty, 8615 168th Avenue N.W. are requesting permission <br />to operate their private kennel for 1) spayed female German Wirehair <br />1) nmle and 1) female Highland White Terrier. They already have the <br />kennel on their premises. Enclosed is a letter of request fromM rs. <br />McCarty and there is a picture of the kennel in the applicanfs file. <br /> <br /> <br />
