Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Zuni Street alignment was discuss and this matter is to be on the next <br />Council Agenda. <br /> <br />PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATES ON STREET PROJECTS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve the <br />payment of the following improvement projects (partial payments) when <br />the City receives the money to pay it. <br /> <br />Pmjects 79-2, 79-3, 79-4, 79-5, 79-6, 79-7, 79-8, 79-9. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Reimann and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />EASEMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT 'PROJECT 79-9 <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka reported that the individual involved in this matter <br />wants the City to blacktop his driveway apron, however. the City legally <br />owns the property he claims to be ~rt. of his driveway becaUse it' has <br />been used as part of the street for seVen years. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimarm to offer <br />this individual $100.00 to obtain the right of way or work out some <br />kind of arrangement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, CoUncilmen Cox, Reimann and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC 'HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED 'USE 'OF 'REVENUE 'SHARING 'FUNDS <br /> <br />Council scheduled a public heating for use of Revenue Sharing Funds <br />to be held on September 10, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />FIRE CONTRACT WI2H CITY 'OF :ELK RIVER <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg <br />to enter into the fire 'contract with Elk River for the' year 1978-79 <br />for the school district valuation. (That portion of Ramsey in Elk River <br />school district). <br /> · \ <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Reimarm and <br />Sorteberg.
