MERRILL, LYNCH~ FENNER AND SMITH INVESTMENT COMPANY TO BE USED AS A DEPOSITORY <br />OF CITY FUNDS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Reimann to authorize <br />the City administrator to use the firm of Merrill, Lynch, Fenner and Smith <br />Investment Company as a depository of City funds to realize a greater <br />amount of interest on City monies. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen COx, Reimann and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING OFF SALE LIQUOR ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman COx and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Ordinance No. 79-8, Amending Section 130.0910 Paragraph 5 <br />regarding Ineligibility for license. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
