DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~0 day of September <br />1979, by and between the City of Rmmsey hereinafter called the City, <br />and Roland Looyan, hereinafter called the Developer. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested the City for a building <br /> <br />permit to construct an additional home on that part of his property lying <br /> <br />east of that easement labeled Garnet Street and south of 167th Avenue, <br /> <br />see attached Exhibit A for a drawing showing the location of the permit <br /> <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That part of the SE¼ of the SW~4 of <br />Section 10-32-25, described as follow§: Commencing at <br />a point in the South line of said SE¼ of the SW~ distance <br />657.15 feet E of the SW corner thereof; thence North <br />parallel with the W line of said SE¼ of the SW~ a distance <br />of 662.86 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract <br />of land to be described; thence North parallel with said <br />West line to the North line of said SE¼ of SW~; thence <br />east along the North line of said SE¼ of the' SW~ to the NE <br />corner thereof; thence South along the East line of said <br />SE¼ of the S~ to an intersection with a line drawn East <br />from the actual point of beginning and parallel with the <br />South line of said SE¼ of the S~; thence West along <br />last said parallel line to the actual point of beginning. <br />Subject to an easement for road purposes over the North 33 feet <br />thereof and subject to a road easement for County Road No. 5. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property is owned by the Developer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is presently zoned for the d~velopment <br /> <br />of the type proposed by the Developer, that zoning being R-1 Residehtial <br /> <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHE~, the development, as proposed by the Developer is a <br /> <br />residential home; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has enacted the provisions of the <br />State Building Code; <br /> <br /> <br />
