DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~0 day of September 1979, by and between the City of Rmmsey hereinafter called the City, and Roland Looyan, hereinafter called the Developer. WHEREAS, the Developer has requested the City for a building permit to construct an additional home on that part of his property lying east of that easement labeled Garnet Street and south of 167th Avenue, see attached Exhibit A for a drawing showing the location of the permit request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That part of the SE¼ of the SW~4 of Section 10-32-25, described as follow§: Commencing at a point in the South line of said SE¼ of the SW~ distance 657.15 feet E of the SW corner thereof; thence North parallel with the W line of said SE¼ of the SW~ a distance of 662.86 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence North parallel with said West line to the North line of said SE¼ of SW~; thence east along the North line of said SE¼ of the' SW~ to the NE corner thereof; thence South along the East line of said SE¼ of the S~ to an intersection with a line drawn East from the actual point of beginning and parallel with the South line of said SE¼ of the S~; thence West along last said parallel line to the actual point of beginning. Subject to an easement for road purposes over the North 33 feet thereof and subject to a road easement for County Road No. 5. WHEREAS, said property is owned by the Developer; and WHEREAS, the property is presently zoned for the d~velopment of the type proposed by the Developer, that zoning being R-1 Residehtial District; and WHE~, the development, as proposed by the Developer is a residential home; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has enacted the provisions of the State Building Code;
