Three site plans were submitted with different locations <br />of the proposed building. <br /> <br />Following is a list of comments resulting from our review: <br /> <br />1. The proposed site plans were not certified by a registered <br /> engineer or 'land surveyor. <br /> <br />The proposed site plans indicate employee parking, by the <br />existing office. However, the number of employees was not <br />indicated so the parking requirements cannot be determined~ <br /> <br />The proposed plans show a floor drain which wi'Il drain into <br />a septic system. The plan did not indicate the proposed <br />water use. Therefore the septic system size cannot be deter-. <br />mined. Also the plans did not show the area proposed for two <br />additional on-site systems as required. <br /> <br />As previously mentioned the proposed plans show the drainage <br />from the proposed building being directed to two existing dry- <br />wells.
