WASTE PRODUCTS <br /> <br />P~JRPOSE~o' ' establish within the City of Ramsey a Viable and attractive <br />I]]dustrial zone, which through careful plannin~ and developement, will <br />not become obsolete with the advent of new technology, or outdated by <br />the helte~ skelter type of developement occurred in the past within <br />other areas of the seven county re~ion. This Plan is to allow new <br />business to develope within the Industrial zone bef6~e municipal <br />sewer services are available, and still maintain a high quality and <br />desirable Industrial area Within the City Of Ramsey. The use of th~s <br />section of the City of Ramsey code is to extablish ~uidlines for <br />developem~nt that wiil not become immediately obsolete with the onset <br />of municipal sewer or other services. <br /> <br />SECTION (I). BYPRODUCTS CLASSIFICATION. <br />sub A. Those businesses that ~~e only waste water withou~ny <br /> crea~e ~k0~ <br /> aditives, human eff~ent and solid wastes of paper' and lunch <br /> <br /> room garbace only. <br /> <br />sub B Those businesses that m~x~ ,in addition to (sub A.) bio- <br /> crea~e <br /> degradable liquidwastes, and recycleable solid wastes. <br /> <br />sub C. Those businesses that ~m~ in addition to (sub A and/or <br /> crea~e <br /> Sub B.) wastes which can be treated onsite with some <br /> disposal system that meets all state and £ederal regulations, <br /> for disposal of each product to be disposed of in the system. <br /> <br />sub D. Those businesses that ~d~. in addition to (sub A and/or <br /> crea~e <br /> sub B. and/or sub Co), wastes which must be trucked to special <br /> disposal areas and/or special disposal facilities located <br /> outside the boundaries of the City of Ramsey. <br />sub E. Those Businesses that create wastes which have no known method <br /> of disposal either onsite or offsite. <br /> <br /> <br />
