PROCEEDINGS OF THE CiTY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA - <br /> <br />Ih~rsuant to due call and notice thereof the Ramsey City Council held its <br />regular Council meeting on November 26, 1979,. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />151.53 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilman Mickel son <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Adm. Schnelle <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br /> <br />Mayor C~nnmc called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve <br />the Agenda with the following additions: <br /> a. Addendum dated November 26, 1979 <br /> b. Snow blower price quotes <br /> c. /vISA Streets, traffic counts <br /> d. Resolution No. 79-84, regarding spill prevention control <br /> and containment in conjunction with the storm sewer <br /> project and the City in general.. <br /> e. Additions to the Bills for Approval for November 1979 <br /> f. Park & Recreation Minutes <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />and Sorteberg. <br /> <br />CITIZEN'S ]iNPUT <br /> <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Connie Craw].ey, Lee's Landscaping, 14600 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., approached the <br />Council asking for permission for a temporary sign permit from now until January <br />1st to advertise the sale of Christmas trees on Highway 47 and Co. Rd. 5 so that <br />people can find where they are located. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by CouncilmahMickelson to add this <br />item to the Agenda under Old Business for Council's action. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor damec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg.
