They are asking that a letter be sent to the State <br />w:itbdraw~:ing the City's application ~ue to the fact that the City's budget <br />cannot afford only 50/50 percent funding. <br /> <br />Mot:ion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to send a letter to the <br />State LAWCON office as per the Park and Recreation Commission's request. <br /> <br />Motion carried. A letter from the Minnesota State Legislature~ Joint Committee ~ Solid__ <br />and Hazardous Waste, meeting notice. Meetings to be held on Solid and HaZardous <br />Waste - November 27, December 4, and December 14. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox suggested that the Engineers be informed of the November 27th <br />meeting and to stay on top of this issue. <br /> <br />STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />1. Building Official Report accepted - no comments <br /> <br />CJty Administrator Report presented and the following noted. <br /> A discussion was held regarding the faulty boiler situation at the <br /> new municipal building.
